Who is responsible for your data?
Döner 2 le Son (Rico da Halvarez and Milos Asian), Bordeaux, France. Contact: contact@d2lsn.band.
What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address, the language of the page you subscribed from (French or English) and the date of your subscription. Our email service provider may also record technical data related to the subscription (such as your IP address), only to prevent abuse. It also records delivery data (for example an invalid address or a spam report), which is needed for the sending to work properly.
At this time, we do not enable open tracking or click tracking in our emails (if that changes, this page will be updated and your consent requested). This site does not use tracking cookies and has no advertising or third-party tracking tools.
Why, and on what basis
Your address is used only to send you one email per release (singles, album, remix), with the listening links. The legal basis is your consent: you confirm your subscription through an email (double opt-in). We do not sell or share this data.
Who processes the data
Sending is handled by Buttondown (Buttondown, LLC, United States), our processor. Your data is therefore processed in the United States, under their data processing agreement, which includes the European Union's standard contractual clauses.
This website is hosted by OVHcloud (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).
How long
Until you unsubscribe. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribed addresses are then removed from the list.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time, and ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, or object to its processing: write to contact@d2lsn.band and we will reply as soon as possible. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Professional contacts (press, radio, labels)
For one-off emails to media, radio stations and labels, we use public professional addresses, only for messages related to their work. These contacts are added to the newsletter only with their written agreement. To stop receiving messages, simply write to us.
